I don’t know that there is actually an overall formula, more of a core mission statement guided by user engagement and dictated by our success metrics with the aim to ultimately solidify our brand identity. I’m not convinced that going out of our way to pick up the low hanging fruit will increase our dollarization strategy which is integral to our life long value, although of course we will be looking at your comments in an evaluation of GungeGirls.com’s B2E strategy with regards to added value.
We are of course a net-net work in progress and are keen to embrace in social networking to create a relationship with our customer base and recognise key trends in the ever moving and liquid niche markets, and recognise that demand creation should indeed become part of our content optimisation strategy. It is something we can integrate into our helicopter view as we become more customer-centric in our outlook. Although we must be careful to focus test this workflow attitude and not just become slaves to blue-sky thinking in a Web 2.0 world.
